BSD City, March 9, 2021 — Sinar Mas Land’s sales from Wish for Home program managed to make Rp210 billion in two days (March 7 and 8, 2021) following its official launch on Saturday (3/6). Wish for Home is the newest sales program made by this national property company especially for homebuyers. The program will run until the end of this year and is divided into three periods; March 6 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, and October 1 to December 31. The biggest promos are available during the first period of March 6 to June 30 and will gradually lessen for the next periods.

As many as 107 units were sold in two days following the Wish for Home launch. Some clusters were even sold out such as Aure, Amata, Savia Park, and Visana in BSD City. In addition, the Nebraska cluster at Kota Wisata (Cibubur) and Da Vinci cluster at Legenda Wisata (Cibubur) were also sold out. The public’s high excitement is all thanks to the payment reliefs provided in Wish for Home, whether in cash or Express Home Ownership Loan (KPR Ekspres), which include up to 15 percent relief, up to ten percent incentive for occupancy or for construction, free BPHTB (land and building rights acquisition tax), up to 15 percent Down Payment (DP) relief, KPR installment subsidy, free switching cost, free KPR or Apartment Ownership Loan (KPA) cost, and additional discounts for some selected products. To top it off, it is also supported by the government policy with which the government pays the value-added tax (PPN) for residences up to Rp5 billion. Bank Indonesia also lowers the benchmark interest rate to make the banking credit more affordable.
