BSD City, October 23, 2021 ー Sinar Mas Land won nine prestigious categories in the Golden Property Awards 2021 which was held offline in Jakarta on Thursday (10/21), applying strict health protocols. The independent awards, only meant for property businesses, are based on researches and surveys in Indonesia. This special event is held by Indonesia Property Watch (IPW) every two years in a professional, independent, and objective manner. This year, IPW has collaborated with 99 Group for the Golden Property Awards 2021. The winners were judged by four evaluation criteria namely the location quality, development, marketing, and company management. From 28 categories, Sinar Mas Land won nine as follows :
- Lifetime Achievement Awards went to Muktar Widjaja, Sinar Mas Land Chairman, for his dedication in the Indonesia’s property development.
- Best Property Brand of the Year for Sinar Mas Land.
- Best Developer of the Year for PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk.
- Best Public Listed Company of The Year for PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSDE).
- Best of The Best Township Development for BSD City.
- Best Township Development in Tangerang and Surrounding Regions for BSD City.
- Best Township Development in Bekasi and Surrounding Regions for Grand Wisata Bekasi.
- Prestigious Housing Development for Lyndon @Navapark, BSD City.
- Most Influential Property Professional for Alim Gunadi, Managing Director for Business Development of Sinar Mas Land.

The company, thanks to its Green Office Park 1 (GOP 1) office building project, won the international Gold Winner title in the 30th FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2021 held by FIABCI/The International Real Estate Federation.
